Employment at KJCPF
Our counselors are from both the US and different countries around the world. Our overseas counselors are fluent in English. Campers at KJCPF will get to know more about foreign cultures while creating memories that cross over oceans and rails to last a lifetime.
Apart from hiring local staff counselors, we use an Accredited American Camping Association placement service to obtain special needs counselors.
All paid staff members must be 18 or over. For individuals who are 15 through 17 years of age, we have a few paid C.I.T. (Counselor In Training) positions available.
